Okay, so I know I have been slacking and have neglected all my fans. I apologize for the delay in this post, but hey....I am one busy baby!
So anyway, last month I took my first trip out of the country. I did not think it was all that big of a deal, because I have been on aeroplanes many times before. Everyone else, however, made a big deal of it. I even had to have a special book to get out of the airport. The lady at the airport put a stamp in it, but I thought Mommy and Daddy told me not to write in my books?
The first night at the hotel I saw something called a rainbow. I liked the pretty colors. It was a special rainbow because we saw the end of it. Everyone seemed disappointed because there was no gold at the end. Instead, there was a wedding.
I get it.......the 'end of the rainbow' is nothing more than a philosophical metaphor meaning that the world is too materialistic and that life's true riches can be found in wedded bliss.Who said babies were dumb?
I also did lots of fun things on vacation.
I got to play with some toys in the sand.
I also spent a lot of time in the pool.
My favorite part of the pool was that Mommy and Daddy brought down a raft with a shade on it. I got to lounge around the pool, put my feet up, and sit in the shade. The best part was that my serfs (um, I mean parents) pushed me around where ever I wanted to go. All of the other kids were jealous.
Mommy, Daddy, and I had a good trip. I liked being in the pool and being on the beach.
There are so many more pictures, that I just didn't have time to share. Luckily Daddy did the work for me and put them in an album.....you can see them here:
Many thanks to Aunt Susan and Uncle Farhan for spoiling me on this trip.....finally someone who understands how this baby likes to roll!
Our favorite part was being pushed around the pool on the shaded baby raft. What a good deal!
